Returns Policy
Incomplete or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete please make us aware by email within 24 hours of delivery.
We will then require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to sales@firstchoicelighting.co.uk – once the image has been received we will arrange for a new item to be sent out immediately and have the incomplete/damaged item collected.
Returns Procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us please ensure that you contact us within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Returns of non damaged goods must be returned at the buyers expense and received by First Choice Lighting ensuring that both the item and packaging are in original condition. You will then receive a full refund excluding the original delivery charge.
Changed or Cancelled Orders
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact us immediately at sale@firstchoicelighting.co.uk – please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
Cancelled orders may be subject to a re-handling charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
